POLICIES
Contacting Kare Massage
Kare Massage, Inc. strives in every effort to extend service and merchandise that exceeds your expectations. Unfortunately, there will always be an exception that does not meet or exceed our standards. The following policies have been adopted in order to serve our customers in first class "Kare" style. If for any reason you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us at Service@karemassage.com. A representative will respond promptly within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Policy
Kare Massage, Inc. processes all orders on a first come first served basis. In stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the day payment is received. Orders containing stock that is "backordered" will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date inventory is available in the order in which payment was received. You will be contacted if your order is backordered via the contact information provided with your order.
All orders will be shipped most economical via US Mail Service or DHL Ground service. Expedited service is available for rush orders. In order to process a rush order - please complete your order online and contact us at 513-907-2261 to request a rush service. Please reference your confirmation number from your online order. A one-time fee of $5 in addition to actual shipping charges will be billed separately to your credit card that you will need to provide at the time of a rush service request.
Return Policy
Kare Massage, Inc. will honor returns for merchandise in "resalable" condition and a credit will be issued for a future purchase. In order to qualify, the item(s) must be received by Kare Massage, Inc. in the same condition as when purchased and be immediately ready for sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges in order to return any item. Damaged shipments as part of engaging in return/refund transactions are at the responsibility of the customer and not Kare Massage, Inc. Credits on account are valid for 60-days from the date of the return. All returns are at the discretion of management and are not guaranteed.
Exceptions to this policy are damaged merchandise from shipping (to you) and must be claimed within 2 business days of receiving your shipment, warranty items (not to exceed 1 year from the date of sale), and others approved by management.
